We have not appointed a data protection officer, as the law does not require one for a business of this size.

What data we collect

The data you send us: your name, email address and message, through the contact form, or when you contact us on WeChat. If you give us times that suit you for a call, we keep those too.

Like any website, our hosting provider also records technical data such as your IP address and browser type in its logs. The fonts on this website are served from our own domain, so no font provider receives your IP address.

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare a proposal and arrange a call if you want one. The legal basis is your request and the steps before a possible contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR).

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to answer you and follow up on your request. If no business relationship starts, we delete it within 12 months. If we work together, we keep it for as long as the law requires.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Our email and website hosting providers process it on our behalf. Some of them may store data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, they use the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to us by Resend (Resend, Inc., United States), an email delivery service. Calls, if you ask for one, are arranged by email and take place on a video meeting service we agree with you.

If you contact us on WeChat, your messages are handled by WeChat, a service of Tencent in China, under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for advertising or tracking.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or receive it in a portable format. Write to safesa@safesa.com. We reply within one month and may ask you to confirm your identity first. If you think we have not handled your data correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live.

Security

All traffic to this website is encrypted with HTTPS. If a breach ever puts your data at risk, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
